Our Story

Our publishing journey starts with the fascinating untold story of a young teenager who grew up among six girls and eleven boys. Divided between the village and urban setting, their parents had financial difficulties sending the children to school. In a world where one would expect every child to acquire education to be self-sustaining, this little girl dropped out of school after her parents decided to keep her home due to low school grades, paving the way for her siblings who held better school grades.

This young girl, who was denied a chance to get educated, later became a strong pillar, a cornerstone upon which an entire new family revolved. Together with her lifelong partner, they built a strong household that made her a mother, educator, and source of inspiration for many young girls.

Nambi Notes is a product of this exceptional true story that unfolds the power of education.
